This bill is a little different than those we have seen vetoed by the Governors Ayotte and Sununu. It throws a few crumbs to the intersex community by allowing them under certain circumstances to consider themselves female even with a Y chromosome. It also "fixes" the problem of accepting gender identity by redefining what it means to be transgender and where being transgender is acceptable. Like the others, it is a hateful discriminatory bill that probably won't pass muster in a court of law. ITL.
