We have seen this bill before. In fact there are 4 overlapping bills being heard today. A bill much like this one has been vetoed by the governor and the previous governor. I expect if it does pass and the governor signs it, it will wind up in court, costing the State. HB1299 is wrong for NH. It would hard to enforce. It hurts cisgender people as well as transgender people. The bill is clearly discriminatory despite the wording saying it isn't. It is based on misinformation. Trans people are not a threat. Ignorance and hate are threats. Please ITL.
