We have seen this bill before. It has been vetoed by the governor and the previous governor. It would hard to enforce. It hurts cisgender people as well as transgender people. The bill is clearly discriminatory despite the wording saying it isn't. It is based on misinformation. Trans people are not a threat. Ignorance and hate are threats. Please ITL.
