As a long time homeschool father and now grandfather, I support this bill HP 1268 as it will allow homeschool families, more freedom, and less government intrusion into what is their right as mothers and fathers in the education of the children. The state has far too long, miss handled their responsibility in the education of our children, and our children have suffered too long at the hands of the state run schools. Parents should not have to answer to irresponsible state officials for the education of their children. This Bill would allow parents to educate their children as they see fit and no longer answer to incompetent officials.
