I oppose HB 1564. This bill is obvious in its attempt to allow discrimination in the state of NH against the trans community. In removing gender identity from the current law, it opens the trans community to denial of employment, education, loans, etc. I ask the legislators to stop targeting a small percentage of the population that simply want to live and work in this state. NH legislators should work to improve the lives of their constituents, not bring bills that oppress them . Oppose HB 1564.
