This bill correctly removes "gender identity" as an immutable characteristic. This brings NH law in line with federal guidelines, as outlined in the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision United States v. Skrmetti. (6/18/2025) where the court concluded "Transgender status is not 'immutable'..." (page 73, section B)
