Suzanne Austin - Brentwood - oppose HB1217 I oppose this bill because, as another constituent so eloquently stated, respect does not stop at the bathroom door. As an older cisgender female I can emphatically state that I have been in thousands of bathrooms across this great nation and have NEVER felt I needed protection from ANYONE in the "Ladies Room". This bill is not about safety, it is about discrimination and I urge the committee to oppose it.
