Please vote ITL on HB1564. It is another overt effort to discriminate against and strip protections from nonbinary and transgender residents of New Hampshire. Its breadth and audacity is stunning. To remove all references to gender identity is erasure. Its purpose is clear and very offensive. New Hampshire is better than this. Voters expect legislators to demonstrate humanity and support for justice for all constituents.
