The rabies vaccine is recklessly over used and simply allowing a titer makes the most scientific sense. Many animals do not handle the rabies vacccine well and are sometimes seriously injured and even killed by this vaccine. If your pet can demonstrate they have immunity there is no need to recklessly vaccinate them. I support this bill which would allow people the sensible option.
