While I agree that distinguishing domestic dogs from livestock guardian dogs is reasonable, the restrictions and regulations proposed in this bill are overly broad and unnecessary. As a livestock owner with close neighbors, I have never experienced issues and see no benefit this bill would provide to me or my fellow farmers in NH.
