The NH Supreme Court has said that it is "the State's duty to provide a constitutionally adequate public education." Adding a section to our NH Constitution saying that parents are the "primary educators of their children" and that they "have the right to direct the education of their children" seems inconsistent with this duty. Also it is unclear what directing their children's education would mean. Parents already have the option of home schooling their child(ren) or choosing a private school. More is not needed.
