There is absolutely no justification for this. It needlessly removes protections for many Granite Staters and offers no benefits. Again I ask the legislature how such bills make life better for NH residents. Is housing more affordable? Are our schools adequately supported? Can young people and families thrive here and the elderly age peacefully? Any bill that does not address the above has no place and is a complete waste of legislative time and resources. I kindly ask that the committee join me in opposition and vote ITL for this bill. Thank you for your time.
