Bill 1133 is a waste of tax payer money. NH is a free to farm state. Even for those of us who do not have a registered farm, our dogs have learned to protect our backyard, free-ranging chickens. Our dogs are our first line of protection against predators, often reducing the need to take more final steps against coyotes, fox, bears, etc. Wild animals do learn what is easy prey and what is not. Our dogs keep our livestock from becoming the easy prey. Please reject this bill and stop wasting our taxpayer money on such frivolous bills that seek to erode our freedoms!
