HB 1564 would remove all references to gender identity in NH law. Effectively, this would result in the complete elimination of legal protections from discrimination for transgender and nonbinary Granite Staters. Research consistently demonstrates the harmful impact of stigma and discrimination on individual and community mental health. I urge you to oppose this legislation.
