I believe this Bill proposes an essential protection for New Hampshire-ites from an onslaught of AI generated roadblocks to getting health insurers to agree to provide appropriate care. AI is not a replacement for clinical judgement, knowledge, or experience. Is it, however, a tool that can be trained to find ways to refuse approvals and force patients to spend time filing appeals. This is a well-known path to automation of defacto denial of care.
