I feel this bill is just too restrictive and affects many throughout the state on both large and smaller parcels. Farmers-homesteaders have Livestock Guardian Dogs for a reason. For protection. I also know families who have them as pets. Dogs bark for a purpose. I feel the passing of this bill opens the doors to residential dog owners next. Whoever is complaining to create this bill needs to address it with their town ordinance not the entire State of NH.
