I fully support allowing a titer test to be accepted verses the repeated, and over vaccination of our pets, Many animals are suffering from over immunization, and some animals die from this vaccine. A titer test will allow the animal to be tested first, determining if it is in fact needed. This verses given another chemical cocktail for no reason, destroying many vulnerable pets immune system is the right thing to do.
