I oppose HB 1442. This bill pushes policy in the wrong direction by expanding government control and narrowing individual rights instead of protecting them. It creates unnecessary risk of unfair outcomes and unintended consequences while offering no clear public benefit to justify the change. New Hampshire laws should be built on fairness, transparency, and practical results — not ideology or political signaling. When legislation threatens to weaken protections or distort balanced policy, it deserves firm opposition. HB 1442 should not move forward.
