Additional regulatory burdens and fines in addition to those already in place for dogs in general are not necessary for livestock guardian dogs. The state, and our agriculture will not be benefitted by the steps proposed by this bill to grant "annoyed neighbors" the option to bring the power of the state to bear against the owners of these farms.
