I support this bill for two reasons. 1) It makes the job of law enforcement personnel easier. 2) It removes the guise of official sanction of the concept that gender is fluid or somehow non-binary. This idea is contrary to existing science, law, and custom. The concept that gender is binary was recently affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court is UNITED STATES v. SKRMETTI.
