As a member of the Children's Lobby, I learned that children have no rights in NH. I am old enough to remember the children abused and even murdered at the hands of their parents, stories told by an intrepid reporter, not our own state agency, which failed those children. Formalizing even greater power to parents at the expense of children's rights is dangerous and inhumane.
