There should be no bill infringing upon the rights of the people to own, operate, or protect any kind of small farm. We don't need more rules and regulations; what happened to live free or die? An LET'S purpose is to prevent and proactively stop predation via barking, which unfortunately also occurs in the hours of night or early morning. While I agree some dogs can be problematic in crowded areas, this bill will only hurt small farmers and homesteaders. We need more communication and understanding between neighbors, not bills that allow us to call police on each other easier without ever speaking face to face.
