This bill sounds like it was written without understanding what New Hampshire values are. I denounce this bill while heartedly, the legislature should focus its attention on reducing the amount of laws being proposed that over reach into citizens lives. For instance, the fact that the bill says a dog cannot bark for more than 10 minutes without a predator in site, how is that even going to be enforced? It sounds like someone’s neighbor is a farm and they are pissed that they have to hear nature. Instead of proposing this legislation, move to another communist state or country that is more aligned with these ideals.
