Please oppose this bill as yet another attempt by some lawmakers to turn NH into a nanny state. We already have laws on the books regarding dogs. There is no need to pick out farmers for even MORE hoops to jump through, fees and fines to be burdened with, and regulations to restrict their efficiency. Live Free or Die. We're serious. Thank you!
