HB1488 does not weaken rabies protections. It allows verified immunity through titer testing to be recognized as legitimate evidence of protection. When immunity can be scientifically demonstrated, requiring automatic revaccination becomes a matter of compliance rather than medical necessity. I respectfully urge support of this bill.
