This is ridiculous. Guardian dogs are the best thing for people to protect their farm animals. They are the happiest dogs I have seen when I visit farms. This will put a lot more people and animals in danger if they can't have the dogs out protecting their herds. Coyotes are big here in NH and they would ruin many farm animals if they could. With dogs they warn them not to come. They scent around the yard . They protect families and farm animals.
