I am strongly in favor of this bill. I have an immunocompromised dog and am terrified of her reaction every time she is vaccinated. The label itself says to administer only to healthy dogs. I titer her for the other vaccines she gets… parvo and distemper. Studies have shown immunity much longer than the required vaccine of every three years.
