I am opposed to this bill. This puts not only the animals at risk, but its also a risk to the general public. As a Veterinary Professional, this bill will make my already hard job harder. Rabies vaccine is Federally Required for all Dogs and Cats and its because of this that these animals titers will be in the the normal range, but the risk to the Public greatly increases if this bill passes.
