I am completely against this bill. Small farms and homesteads need livestock guardian dogs (LGD) to bark at night to keep predators away. This keeps native wildlife, farmers, and livestock safer. When LGDs do their jobs there is no evidence of predators. This bill will create unnecessary hardships for the small farmers/homesteads that our state needs.
