Titers are very valuable and should be used as an alternative to over vaccination. Studies have shown that the rabies vaccine protects dogs for much longer than the initial 3 years and by allowing titer tests to determine if the vaccine is still protective we can protect our dogs from the serious health consequences of over vaccination while still ensuring safety from rabies for people and animals. Please pass this bill and allow us to protect our dogs from over vaccination and the harm that causes. I personally have parvo and distemper titers done annually on my dogs to ensure protection from those diseases while also protecting their immune system from the damage of unnecessary boosters. Being able to titer for rabies would be a great way to protect their health while still ensuring safety against the disease. Thank you
