Last year, HB2 essentially created an income tax on NH's low-income citizens to help solve a shortfall caused in part by repealing taxes on high-income citizens. HB1760 repeals this cruel action that Republican leadership jammed through in the budget by eliminating the Medicaid income tax and ensuring healthcare is accessible for all Granite Staters.
