Repeat rabies vaccination may be unnecessary if titers are sufficient. In addition, repeat vaccination increases the risk of adverse affects for our pets. Please allow this bill to be passed, allowing a positive titer to be sufficient for licensing in NH. In human medicine, titers are acceptable. Allowing them in veterinary medicine just makes sense.
