I support this bill and applaud the sponsors for their forward thinking approach to surveillance of rabies in our pet population. I think this is a great step in scientific abilities showing that titers proves an animal has been vaccinated and also reduces the costly approach to vaccination year over year. Thank you for exploring other ways to manage this issue and giving pet owners the ability to utilize other options such as routine titers.
