I STRONGLY OPPOSE THIS BILL. This is another way for the state to get around the NH supreme court decisions concerning education funding. It seems the NH house & senate do not care that funding schools mostly through property taxes is not equitable, Educational resources are currently dependent on your zip code. Please don't tell me this is being fixed through vouchers and open enrollment, it is not. One of the Heritage Foundation goals is to spread distrust in public schools and the state of NH is doing a really good job here. We have left solving the school funding issues and the extremely high property taxes to the NH legislature and the only thing they have done nothing over the past 2 decades is fight the court rullings. So why should this issue be left to them now???
