So if certain people don't want to follow the New Hampshire Supreme Court rulings in effect, they can just change the laws and say "well this applies retroactively now ?" I am tired of Republicans playing calvinball with our childrens future or deciding that laws just dont apply to them. NH has been underfunded in education since the 90's and the Legislature just been ignoring the the ruling ever since. How about actual solutions to the problem that dont involve the dumbing down of our educational programs ?
