Support HR 40: I expect the state to follow the Constitution and do its fair share to fund our public schools. Right now, too much of the cost is pushed onto local property taxes,. HR 40 moves us toward the state finally meeting its responsibility so every community can support its schools without overburdening local taxpayers.
