Once again, this is an attempt to shift the cost of an adequate education to towns. It is an attempt to take the state off the hook for funding adequate education for every student in this state. It is the goal of some members to the Republican Party to destroy public education and it is funded by outside groups like the Koch brothers. It's shameful that pleasing billionaire outsiders is more important than providing adequate education to all children in this state.
