This bill, while only studying the possibility. Is the first step in privatizing special education which would be disastrous. Special education students perform better in a regular classroom with their peers. The change is already taking place within schools as special ed students are becoming more integrated with lessons. I recommend speaking with educators about this proposal and not just this with financial interests
