This does nothing to address the state's failure to meet its obligations to fund schools. This bill could shift even more responsibility to the local property tax payer who already struggles to pay. The past legislatures and governors have failed to solve the education crisis in NH, so why would we want only the legislature and the governor to decide? It clearly hasn't worked and our schools get further behind. This is getting ridiculous!
