There is NO reason whatsoever to penalize health care providers for providing gender-affirming care. As a parent of a trans child, and as an educator, I have seen first hand, that Gender-affirming care is LIFE-SAVING care and must be protected. Medical providers must be able to offer care for their patients without penalty!
