To whom it may concern: I am writing to give my support to HB1292 and to request that the judiciary committee vote OTP on this proposed legislation. HB 1292 is a perfect follow-up to the advancements made in "right to try" law in the past year. Now, as New Hampshire prepares to be a leader in the work of saving lives, it is crucial to ensure that this work is carried on in an ethical manner that does not take human life in the process of saving it. Such a hypocrisy would undermine the human flourishing that citizens of the Granite State need and want. Please support HB1292 today, in its proposed format, in order to prevent the dangerous and unjust use of aborted infants body parts in medical research. Evidence shows that stem cell research is possible and effective without the use of fetal tissues.
