I strongly oppose HB1754 because MTSS-B provides essential, evidence-based behavioral-health supports that help students succeed and reduce crises in schools. Repealing this framework would undermine mental-health services and create inconsistent practices across districts. I urge the committee to maintain MTSS-B to ensure students receive the support they need.
