I strongly support NH HB1356, which would extend the statute of limitations for detransitioners and minors damaged by sex-rejecting procedures. This bill protects vulnerable a very vulnerable group of people, adults and minors hurt by the euphemism of "gender affirming care." Recently, both the UK Cass Report and the HHS Report state that sex-rejecting procedures have little to no medical benefit. Moreover, they cause permanent sterility, anorgasmia, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease, and other physical and psychological trauma. These long-term damages justify extended time limits for survivors to hold their perpetrators accountable. Pass HB1356 and ensure survivors of medical malpractice can receive justice. Thank you.
