As a retired veterinarian technician I have seen the pain and death rodenticides will cause in non target animals. We must ban the use of them permanently to protect our wildlife and our domestic animals. We need to go back to the basic mouse and rat traps which are effective in controlling vermin and much safer for other animals. Thank you for your time; please pass this bill.
