I strongly oppose restricting Paramedic and AEMT personnel from administering intravenous fluids and vitamin supplements in a controlled environment. These professionals are already fully trained and routinely perform these procedures in emergency situations without direct physician supervision. Imposing additional limitations on individuals who are already qualified and competent is unnecessary and undermines their established scope of practice.
