This resolution is basically addressing the legislature’s flagrant and unconstitutional disregard of NH Supreme Court school funding decisions. It says: “Resolved by the NH House of Representatives: That the general court [legislature] has the responsibility and obligation to adequately fund a student's education; and that the general court ought to comply with the judicial branch's findings in the most recent Claremont case.”
