I fervently support this bill that would extend time limits for those harmed by sex-rejecting medical procedures. The experience of psychological and physiological harms and attendant regret has been documented to not atypically take a number of years to be realized. Harms unfolding over years therefore fully justify extended time limits. NH leads with youth medical bans and protections for women and girls— these bills strengthen enforcement/accountability.
