Thank you for taking the time to read my testimony on HB1275. We oppose this bill as written. We feel A five-year moratorium on the land application of biosolids on agricultural land is not a true way to solve any problems we have. There needs to be a better plan in place to overcome the struggles we have with bio solids here in NH. With no action plan in place we cannot support this bill as written.
