Why would anyone want to hinder the efforts of non profits to aid victims of domestic violence and sexual assault? This is NOT the New Hampshire way and I worry this proposed legislation is politically motivated. I have a family member who was helped by one of these organizations to get out and heal from an abusive relationship..Please vote no.
