I oppose this bill. Too much burden is placed on Municipal Utilities regarding the problem of PFAS. We did not cause this problem, yet we always seem to be the ones looked to for the remedy, often bearing a large share of the costs. When will the legislature hold the companies who produced these forever chemicals accountable for their effects on our environment?
